Edit: To put it another way, Air Balloon is a lot like Focus Sash, except it only prevents you from getting OHKOed by ground attacks from full health. Air Balloon is fairly legit for partner-related shenanigans, but against the opponent's Earthquakes I'd really rather just use Focus Sash or Shuca.

I still believe it should be on the main set exspecially when partners have earthquake. Instead of wasting a turn protecting you could do 2 Earthquakes at a time leading to a bettter chance of ko'ing, well assuming your partner is immune to earhquake of course. I agree focus sash
is viable and so is air balloon. But I would debate the berries.
Can you answer what the berries allow you to survive necessairly. That would be good to include.
