Have you even played ubers? Rain isn't that good. Uber rain is basically the same as last gen, and it wasn't overpowering at all. Not only do most rain sweepers lack the raw power to completely dominate as you say, uber sun teams are better then ever with 2 great uber abusers, ho oh and reshiram.
