Hi, this looks like a pretty solid team. The only thing I would change is to put Thunder over Outrage on Palkia. Groudon is not going to mind a weakly invested Outrage anyway with it's titanic defense and Outrage and it's shitty side effects will easily make you set up bait. Just get rocks up and Ho-oh becomes easier to handle. As for Fire blast over Ice Beam on Mewtwo I'd at least consider it because it lets you BBQ Ferrothorn who could probably offer a significant amount of resistance otherwise and almost every Steel used in Ubers has a second type that makes them neutral to Aura Sphere. Also, since the sun will be up most of the time it will be like a second STAB.
