Ok Bahamut, Thunderbolt Mudkip, then Ice Beam Breezi, then thunder on Breezi!
If Mudkip doesn't faint on action 1, use extremespped on Mudkip action 2.
If the Rain dance is unsuccessful, use thunder wave instead of thunder!
Cloud, start off by Taunting Breezi, then going for a rain dance! Finish off by Ice beaming Breezi!
If you are taunted by Breezi, replace the First action with ice beam, and the second action with power gem!
