Actually, 136 Speed EVs is just good for Groudon. You don't need 176 because you only outspeed like max speed Deoxys-S(I don't remember that being used for anything else other than suicide leading). You might want to run 212 if you are paranoid about Scarf Mewtwo, but other than that it should be fine.
