Aran, start by Bodyblocking for Mia. Follow that up by increasing the Gravity, so Gyarados can no longer Bounce. Finish the round with a ThunderPunch on Gyarados.
Mia, you've done great so far, but your job isn't done yet. Start off by getting the third layer of Spikes set up. Then use Synthesis to heal off some of the damage. Finish by showing your technical skills with a Hidden Power on Magneton. If you are Fully Paralyzed, push your actions back.
