IF Shellder uses Protect A2 or A3, THEN use Ice Beam (Duclohm) that action, but not twice
IF Shellder is KOed, THEN use Ice Beam (Duclohm) for the remaining actions

Zeus: Thunder (Shellder)*3
IF Shellder is KOed or uses Protect any action, THEN use Twister that action, but not the second time in a row it uses Protect
