Technically speaking, this would likely count as hitting all Pokemon.

"Faraday: Me First Sludge Wave, then Thunder Lotad!
Fear: Disable Lotad's Leech Seed, then if you somehow wake up use Venoshock against Lotad!
Floe: Fake Tears Lotad, then Round him!"

EDIT: crud, forgot Blitzle unlocked Sap Sipper and wouldn't have cared jack about Leech Seed anyway.
