Yeah, I was about to mention that SpA drop myself. Not that it matters, as we will be using physical moves anyways. Lets start by Tormenting Lapras to prevent more Ice Beams, then Dig to avoid the HP Fire, and end with a Seed Bomb on Lapras
Torment (Lapras) - Dig (Duosion) - Seed Bomb (Lapras)
If Lapras uses Protect on action 3, Shadow Claw (Duosion) instead
