This Excadrill doesn't like sandstorms, so it can only use normal-type moves when one is raging.
Remember to adjust happiness so Return actually does something!

Yeah, it looks cool so I thought I'd give it a shot. I don't have the time for a full-out cartridge Challange so this looks the best for me.
My team so far:
Excadrill (ClearSkies):
Rapid Spin/Earthquake/Rock Slide/Return
Only normal type moves during a sandstorm
