Start with Unown F (Focus Blast), and hope it hits. Follow up with Grass Knot, and then finish with Arm Thrust. If at any point he uses Protect, insert Defense Curl and push actions back. Also, since he has 20 moves by my count, I'll go ahead and say that if Unown F is unavailable, use Unown A (Aura Sphere) instead.
