This is because he is totally outclassed by its Pre-Evo and Cofagrigus now in the its niche as a defensive spinblocker.
Its still not as sad as what happend to Umbreon who got ripped of its only trick this gen (i don't really know why its UU, Chansey is like a 100 times better as a supporter and Curse is meh)
