Hidden Power ICE
This took me 3 months to do because I never got the right nature and I usually never was able to hit my seed and frame right because it was raining/snowing which made it harder. It is ev trained 6 hp, 252 sp attack, and 252 speed with all its moves PP maxed.
I used a master ball which was the real legit one you get. I would have used a dive ball but I was to lazy to get a smergle with mean look and stuff.

I RNG'd this in way back in 2011 and it was my first ever RNG pokemon. Its caught in an ultra ball. I ev trained which happens to be the first ev trained pokemon I have done in gen 5 and also PP maxed all of its moves.
