Anyone considered support Dragon Arceus? You get two weaknesses to Dragon and Ice, but you outspeed most Dragon Pokemon anyway. Worst case scenario you take an Outrage / Draco Meteor, which you survive without prior damage, and hit back with your own Judgment. Ice weakness is not so good, but the Ice attacks in the tier tend not to be too strong (e.g. Surf from Kyogre vs. Ice Beam from Kyogre - not THAT powerful) and can be handled by a teammate. In return you get a pure Dragon-type wall that has valuable resists to Fire, Water and Electric along with instant recovery. Importantly, unlike Giratina, you don't have a Darkrai weakness, and you don't have to rely on Rest.

Something like:

Arceus @ Draco Plate
252 HP / enough speed to beat Garchomp / rest into SpD
- Judgment
- Will-o-Wisp (?)
- Recover
- Roar / Perish Song
