again, vgc teams don't have to be fully one archetype or another to be successful. he's only using one trick room user because his team does not fully rely on trick room. For example, vs slower teams or pure trick room teams, he would have a harder time getting past if his team was all trick room.

edit: i don't have much to say about the team itself, except maybe replace terrakion with a CB if you dont need it scarfed
