This is for the Ubers speed tiers. I noticed that Blaziken isn't anywhere on the tier list, even though it is a significant threat. It's sitting at around 8.5% usage in the Uber tier, so I think it's worth a mention.

284 / Blaziken / 80 / +Spe / 252 / 0
426 / Blaziken / 80 / +Spe / 252 / 1
568 / Blaziken / 80 / +Spe / 252 / 2

I figure that after +2, trying to outspeed Blaziken without priority is a lost cause.
