I really only have one thing i'd like to add to all the above comments, and that is to change your scizor set. I'm not too sure swords dance is much a help, considering most pokemon that switch into scizor can take both bullet punch AND u-turn. I wouldn't go to a CB set because you like the special bulk, so maybe try using superpower instead? Idk, just in my opinion when heatran, gyara, or other scizor-counters switch in, you're going to have to switch out anyway, wasting your SD. Also, superpower might be nice for hitting things like ferrothorn who think they'll come in on a banded bullet punch.
