Your timezone and usual hours of availability: GMT-4? or was it -6. Hours are sporadic, but I'm usually available At 4:00PM at the latest until around 10:00PM at the earliest. Depending on circumstances I could have a full day available, or even 9:00 Am to 1:30 am.
What tier do you want to learn?:BW OU
Tell us a little about yourself: I have signed up for the Smogon Tutoring Program before, and was Tutored by Ojama. I tend to have bad luck getting into the program, but with the schedule I hope to be able to get in more often. My purpose being tutored last time was to work on my Team Building Skills; however, in that regard I do not feel my expectations were met. I did gain remarkable in battle skill though, and I'd like to say my Prediction can be nearly flawless whenever I pay attention.

This time around I would like to make Team Building my major focus, as well as working on my metagame analysis skills. (I have intentions of starting to play in lower tiers, so I would like to be able to learn how to understand the metagame so that I don't have to be tutored individually for each tier.) Again, I want my primary focus to be Team Building. (I couldn't build a good team to save my life, but if you give me a good one, I can use it very well; the best I've achieved with a team of my own is 1243, with a team given to me 1304) If there is time and I've learned the previous two things sufficiently, I would like to work a bit on developing custom sets and learning how to distribute EVs (the ladder more important than the former). I like to try and use things that are unique but still competitively viable to throw my opponent off their game (ie: Specs Thunder Tyranitar to take out Politoad switch-ins) Ev Spreads I have no clue how to work. I often just go 252/252 or 252/128/128 in whatever stats I feel are important.

My short term CRE Goal is 1450
My long term CRE Goal is #1 (Not really to maintain it, but just to hit it once)

I look forward to meeting my Tutor. I'll let whomever you feel is best suited for me take me, but I would really prefer someone with a lot of skill, as I have high aspirations.

Addendum: Another reasonably long post. I like my word walls.
