EDIT: Just reduce the number to one tenth of what it is, and (since I know you don't believe in real-life restrictions), make them all trainer owned, and then just make Fang hold a random useless item (and then roll a dice to see which move Fang uses) for 1 badge or the E4, and the moveslot loss(or something like that) restrcitions still apply. Is that okay?
