I've been playtesting a bit with Hail, and I agree with what everyone else has been saying. While it's nice to cancel opposing weather and opposing Leftovers recovery, Abomasnow's subpar defenses and weakness to hazards make it hard to keep it on the field. Plus all your own Leftovers get cancelled (except for Abomasnow's obviously) so that doesn't help, especially if using an Arceus forme like I'm doing. I guess Hail can screw Shell Smash over too, but so can Sand so w/e.

tl;dr: use other weathers
