Volcarona (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Fire Blast
- Bug Buzz
- Substitute

Besides Heatran and the blobs, not much can switch into Volcarona once it's behind a Sub. With the Sub intact, Ditto can't revenge kill this Volcarona.
