Quite a solid team, Bri! I see most major threats like Genesect, Blaziken, Garchomp and Chandelure (Shed Shell ftw!) are covered. I also love the idea of Stall (especially a very solid one) in a metagame full of offensive behemoths.
The only problematic pokes that I see atm is RainRachi and RainNite. Rachi can Sub up and potentially dent your phazers with Water Pulse and Thunder and while Amoonguss can wall it, it can't do much back. The same can be said about RainNite with its combination of Hurricane, Surf and Thunder being able to hit all 6 of your pokes for a good amount of damage. I'd suggest a Gastro over your Jellicent but I fear that would do more harm than good.
