Thanks for the HP Fire thing, also, yes, 4 spD actually does help give Xatu an increased chance at not being 2HKO'D by certain attacks. I would prefer not to go in detail about this atm, but at the same time, 4 speed doesn't push xatu past any significant speed tier since there are not very many 0 speed 95's running around at all.

While I agree with you that Night Shade is in many cases more reliable than is psychic, many others seem to think the opposite, as such I will not change this at this time.

With regards to U-Turn, true it is quite useful in keeping up momentum, but HP Fire is just too valuable for hitting incoming Genesect and Scizor, as well as not forcing a stall match with Skarmory and Ferrothorn.
