If there are any battles that are uploaded to Youtube already, we need permission from the owner of the video to upload. If they want to submit it to the channel, then that is fine!
Sure, I'll PM you my email. It doesn't have to be me who narrates it though (Although I might do the first one just to get something up on the channel).

Preferably from the regionals, but any battles that are close are fine as well. It's just a good idea to get some of these battles on the channel since Nationals/Worlds are right around the corner, and we should start hyping that up a little bit.
All three of those qualities are fine. The battles should just not be one sided. Comeback via hax is definitely one of the most common occurrences at VGCs anyway haha. If you are unsure if the battle is worthy of being uploaded, you can submit it anyway and I will get a team of raters to review it.
Also,
If there are any saved battles that include Regional Champions, those are a priority. I'm not saying that those who weren't champions don't deserve to be on the channel, but I think that those battles value a little higher than others.
