I had a fine experience. I set a goal for myself, and followed it(got to 1902 in less then 50 battles! w00t!), which made me proud of myself. Aside from that, I didn't actually run into many disconnectors anyways. The tournament has somewhat sparked my creativity running into over 48 different teams(disconnectors) and, although I didn't really try for a top spot although I feel I could have gotten one, I enjoyed the practice and the accessibility the tournament had. I look forward to a future tourney where smogoners and other people will be a bit more mature and the live thread will be full of pleasant stuff, not just accusations of which five year old bit the other, etc.
Thanks eveyrone for a great tourney! Hopefully it was good practice for nats.
