I still was not entirely successful, as it couldn't find any matches for the time I put, but when I advanced the time one extra minute, it did find a match, though I was then unable receive my target pokemon even when I hit the seeds, so I'm assuming I'll have to try to check the parameters again. You need to not turn the C-Gear on at all.
