Going off what Molk said, Raticate has been a pretty good Pokemon for me so far. While it may seem outclassed by Kangaskhan and Ursaring (the latter even having Guts), Raticate has priority in Sucker Punch (over Ursaring), higher speed and U-turn. U-turn is especially important; with it I often lured in Rock-types such as Relicanth and Gigalith, only to switch into a Grass-type to destroy them. This allows Pokemon such as Rapidash and Raticate to sweep with ease. Furthermore, I've found Raticate to be an excellent cleaner.

I've been using this set.

EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Facade
- U-turn
- Sucker Punch
- Crunch / Protect
