Seadra is a good counter to Huntail, which is helpless against seadra without HP grass.
On that note, you might as well just say "fuck it" and run full special. Its SpA is about 93% of its Attack when both are fully invested, but it has stronger STABs (Surf / Hydro Pump), stronger Ice Beams, and a newfound weapon in HP Grass.
Lapras still walls it either way.
Oh and also, BP chains anyone? I realize that there's no ninjask, but you still have mr. mime, mawile, etc.
