Your timezone and usual hours of availability: EST/GMT-5. My hours of availability are fluid; however, I'm usually around 5:00PM-11:00PM weekdays and all day on weekends.
What tier do you want to learn?: BW RU/BW UU if either are possible.
Tell us a little about yourself: I tried to get a tutor a long time ago during DPP (D/P Apprentice Programs 23-25), but there were no UU tutors, so I'm giving it another shot. I'd like to learn how to play competitively in the lower tiers and how to build teams creatively. I'm interested and gameplay theory and exploring ways to use pokemon beyond the "norm". Outside of Pokemon, I study library and information science and enjoy reading, writing, and swimming/bicycling.
