What tier do you want to learn?: BW OU

Tell us a little about yourself: I'm 18, since the start of the Bw mg I wasn't able to learn it at all, however, althrough I wasn't the best battler by far, I alwais founded interesting BW, with it's let's say, infinite combination, and I would like to learn it and become a decent battler
