Air Balloon has been useful too, I've realized that people sacrifice a Pokemon to use a neutral move on Heatran and pop the balloon just to bring in another Pokemon and EQ/Earth Power.. Which usually makes Heatran guarantee at least one kill and guarantees that he lays down stealth rocks. I've even had situations where Heatran swept half the opposite team with just Fire Blast/HP Ice and a little luck with opponent's focus blast missing. ;)
