Trickroom and
I both agree it is not necessary to mention how a +1 Arceus-Dragon hits harder than an unboosted Diagla/Palkia barring Choice Specs for the reasons already stated. Yeah, Rayquaza and Salamence aren't that important. Thank you both for your input!
Arceus-Dragon has been
updated in my second post of this thread.
The overviews for
Arceus-Fire,
Arceus-Rock, and
Arceus-Steel will follow later today.
Arceus-Fighting (
which I would still like to reserve) will eventually follow. If possible, I would also like to reserve
Arceus-Psychic.
Overviews are as follows:

Arceus-Fire
Before:
...
Of the seventeen formes of Arceus, few are as offensively focused as Fire Arceus. In His fiery guise, Arceus has the power to unleash His burning anger on the world in the form of His Judgment—or in this case, Flamethrower. Anything standing in Arceus's path will be burnt to a cinder, especially if the sun is lighting up the skies. However, while Fire is an excellent offensive typing, it is awful defensively. A crippling weakness to Stealth Rock means Fire Arceus will lose 25% of His health every time He switches into battle, which severely detracts from Arceus's famed bulk; weaknesses to common attacking types in Water, Ground, and Rock don't exactly help Fire Arceus either. Nonetheless, Fire Arceus is still a potent threat if played right, and every team needs to prepare for Him.

I took some flavor inspiration from the D/P overview. Thanks go to

I mentioned his main counter Kyogre. Should I go into more depth such as how scarf Kyogre can OHKO it (though it hates switching in on Thunder/Thunderbolt)? For example:
Arceus-Fire is also reliant on the sun to reach His full potential, something which is quickly removed by the sea titan Kyogre who can swiftly drown Him with the use of Choice Scarf.

Technically Ho-Oh does get Calm Mind. Is this enough to warrant a change despite the fact it is extremely rare? Maybe the sentence could be changed like so:
Although some of His fiery creations such as Reshiram and Ho-Oh have dual STABs and outclass even Him in firepower, He has superior initial speed and viable access to both Recover and Calm Mind.
Thoughts?

- Should I mention the Flame Plate somewhere? As in the first sentence? Thoughts?

Arceus-Rock
Before:
...
The oldest Pokemon returns, in His fossil form, to the treacherous environment known the BW Uber metagame, by holding a Stone Plate. While He has not been given anything new other than the ability to use full EVs, Rock Arceus can now effectively counter quite a few new Pokemon. With excellent all-round stats, He is one of the few Pokemon who can boast being able to counter both Ho-Oh and Reshiram. In sandstorm, His Special Defense is so massive that even unfathomably powerful attacks such as Draco Meteor from Choice Specs Dialga simply bounce straight off. Rock Arceus is possibly one of the most versatile and unpredictable Arceus formes, being able to utilize Calm Mind and Swords Dance with equal efficiency, while also being able to serve as a fantastic support Pokemon.
This is not to say that Rock Arceus is without His downsides. While His defenses are phenomenal, especially in a sandstorm, His Rock typing gives Him weaknesses to five very common attacking types. A susceptibility to all three forms of entry hazards and somewhat of an over-reliance on weather in a tier littered with Toxic Spikes and weather changers do not help His cause, either. Use Rock Arceus to His advantages and He will be a great asset, but you must be aware of His weaknesses.

- Rayquaza is now mentioned explicitly in the overview.
- I got rid of all the useless information along with certain clichés. I also added flavor to the first/last sentences and a bit in between. Last sentence is a bit shaky. If you have a better suggestion please tell me.
- Kept the competitive information while making it more concise.

I am still editing this overview as I am displeased with how it flows.
Finished (for now...).

Arceus-Steel
Before:
After:
...
When The Creator clads Himself in His Iron Plate, listen to the sound of the silver trumpets that herald His coming. There is no other forme that is as resilient as He. In His impenetrable armor, Arceus is equipped with a total of eleven resistances, most notably Dragon-, Ice-, Normal-, Ghost-, and Rock-type attacks. Stealth Rock leaves but a scratch on His polished exterior due to His resistance, preserving His formidable bulk. Poison-type attacks are futile against His durability, rendering Toxic or the presence of Toxic Spikes ineffective. All together, Arceus-Steel can run a sturdy Swords Dance or Calm Mind set, setting up with ease even against Blissey and Chansey. Ironically, His STAB Steel-type attacks are resisted by many of His creations, reducing His offensive capabilities. His armor also fails to protect Him from the common Fighting-, Ground-, and Fire-type attacks. Gaze before the metallic sheen of His refined forme in awe of His iron will.

Credits to the D/P and B/W overview for some flavor inspiration.

- STAB Steel type attacks being resisted by common Pokémon is mentioned.
- Immunity to Toxic Spikes and resistance to Stealth Rock is mentioned.
- Arceus-Steel easily setting up on Chansey and Blissey is mentioned (What if they have Thunder Wave? - Other Option though).
- For the last flavor sentence, I
am still not entirely sure of it have improved it. First sentence may now be a bit odd though. If you have a better one, please tell me!
- The resistances mentioned as most notable can be changed. If you think there is another important resistance that should be added (or removed) please tell me.
- I added significantly more competitive information along with toning down the flavor.
- Iron-ically, heheheh.
- Swords Dance and Calm Mind sets mentioned.
- This was by far the hardest overview I had to write so far (That last sentence...). Also my seventh (Arceus-Rock was after).
