To be honest, I'm not sure where to go here. I think I'll just have to go with the old faithfuls:

Dragonite: Ice Beam (Fidgit) ~ Blizzard ~ Ice Beam (Fidgit)
IF Fidgit uses Taunt, Slowking uses Magic Coat and move actions along
IF Hippowdon uses Yawn (Dragonite), Dragonite uses Susbtitute (25) if he doesn't already have a substitute
IF Fidgit uses Light Screen, Dragonite uses Brick Break (Hippowdon) ~ Ice Beam (Fidgit) ~ Blizzard, subbing on the following actions if applicable
IF Hippowdon uses Yawn (Slowking), Slowking uses Magic Coat and pushes actions along

And that's what happens when substitution order matters.
