Anyways I remember Bri using this team when she played me and it definitely does work; CB Tyranitar is just so excellent for killing all the shit that lures CB Dog and totally wrecks the team I'm using as of late. I'm going to go with what everyone else said and advocate Celebi to take Terrakion's attacks; while it does have X-Scissor you can pretty much just screw with Terrakion's mind after Celebi takes a CC or two and just predict around it before finishing it off. Doom's suggestion of U-Turn is also really great and a volt turning combo looks like it would help you wear down walls. If you use Celebi I'd expiriment with a Specially Defensive Hippowdon as well, since Volcarona looks like a bitch for this team to switch in on [I guess you can lure it into a fire attack and then switch to Latios, but it seems like it could net a kill eventually] and Hippowdon would provide a much more solid check. Since you have a better means of handling Terrakion in Celebi then I think you could drop some of the Def EVs for Special Defensive ones, probably something like 252 / 72 / 184 Relaxed.
