I would suggest running smogon's Bulky Attacker version of Rotom-W so you can adsorb more attacks for your team, namely fighting and strong ice attacks

Adamant Terrakion Close Combat vs your Rotom = 75% Chance to OHKO after Rocks
Adamant Terrakion Close Combat vs 112/0 Rotom = 12% Chance to OHKO after Rocks
