Low Kick has 19 BAP because of Life Orb (the other +3 in the calc is the crit, of course). One crit never hurt nobody, it probably won't be a big deal.

Low Kick, Fake Out, Low Kick
IF Drill Run when you would use Low Kick, THEN Torment that action (only do this once, supersedes other sub) and push actions back
IF a Speed-Reducing move when you would use Low Kick, THEN Bulldoze and push actions back
