You missed Brine for Ducklett and Stored Power for Sigilyph. Rest of them are correct.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa wait. Straight-up Scolipede on Dream World? Now that's just weird.

Also, seems like there's still more to discover. Cool. Hoping that this means the rest of the 5th gen sprite stuff they have can be found in there.

Oh yeah, that brings up another point:
"Q: Is Pokemon [X] confirmed/released?
A: Enter Ctrl+F, type Pokemon [X]' name, if it's not on the list it's not confirmed. Note that only the first stage of evolution will be on this list."

Looks like this is gonna need some editing too. Probably to state specific evolved stuff, something like "With the exception of Seaking, etc., etc., and etc."

I don't think saying "With the exception of" is the best idea, something more along the lines of listing the first stage and then what it's been released as, for example "#543 Venipede (Scolipede) (Pleasant Forest)" or listing everything of the same evolutionary family together like the list in my sig, would be easier to search.

There's just something a bit clunky about that first option (Especially if you're putting what's found in parentheses, seeing as what's found isn't in parentheses for anything else). Second option just sounds like a mess of an addition, especially considering you're only gonna find the moves for one of them.

I guess you could do something like:
#397 Staravia (Starly line) (Windswept Sky)

I dunno, still looks kinda off to me. Still, we've thrown our hats in, let's see what Nexus has to say.

Where the "intelligence" of TRAINERS is put to the test!
is a Pokemon Researcheris a Contributor to Smogon
I heard someone say that they got really unlucky with a psychic type not sending them to the manor a few pages ago, so id thought id try to test it. I sent in a slowbro (W1 account) and this is the results i got

20 x Sparkling Sea
9 x Spooky Manor
5 x Icy Cave
4 x Windskept sky
4 x Rugged Mountain
3 x Plesant Forest

Total Trips: 45

Not sure if random chance favored water that much or psychic doesn't favor the manor at all.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

I do know, was also testing the duel type theory that water will send it to sea and psychic will send it to manor, however it was basically 2 sea to 1 manor so either the DW favors the primary type or my slowbro just wanted to go to the sea that badly
I decided to test Slowbro after reading this because I was a little concerned about the size of the sample being a bit small (and hence the results could be explained away by chance). These were the results:

Sea: 59 (45%)
Manor: 37 (28%)
Forest: 6 (5%)
Cave: 8 (6%)
Mountain: 11 (8%)
Sky: 9 (7%)

So yeah the difference between Sea and Manor is quite large. It looks like both types had an effect but the effect of the water type seems greater.

I have no idea if this is because of luck alone, or if it is due to primary type being favoured a bit more than secondary type. The results I got with Lanturn (Water/Electric) would also fit in with this theory, but the results with Volcarona (Bug/Fire) do not. Hell, for all we know, every possible type combination may have its own unique effect that the DW staff have set themselves.

So I think I might try Slowbro over and over to see what happens. Maybe Manor will be favoured more next time.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

EDIT: I intend on retesting Slowbro but I can only do it on my white account because I don't have access to the sea on my black account. So instead, I decided to try a little experiment. I tucked in Ferroseed (Grass/Steel). I established that Grass favours forest and Steel favours both cave and mountain, so I expected that all 3 areas would be preferred.

Forest: 58 (37%)
Cave: 44 (28%)
Mountain: 46 (29%)
Manor: 8 (5%)

3 preferred areas by the looks of it, though Forest is slightly higher than Cave and Mountain. It might have been better to test this on my white account, where all areas are open, but whatever.

Dies, died, will die.
Probably, Hidden hollow's next pokemon (or item, or hidden item) is set when you get the last item. i've already saved next to a hollow that have anything, turned off, when i turned on again, it has a set pokemon. I reset the game, and it has the same pokemon, with the same gender.

no, this is wrong. it's based on footsteps. every 256 footsteps, the game checks all 20 hollows(a 20 iteration for-loop) to see if it should fill them. each has a 5% chance of filling and already filled ones don't change(as far as i know). i'm still working on what exactly passes over the gender, et al.

once i knew it was every 256 steps, running through the code and figuring out the rest was easy.

e: if anyone is interested in following along, 2181E80 runs every step and controls the hollow generation.

e2: you can just look here: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showpost.php?p=4299505&postcount=924

Hell, for all we know, every possible type combination may have its own unique effect that the DW staff have set themselves.
I sent in a Sharpedo this time for the theory of a control test, since dark is supposed to favor the manor as well, so the results would theortically be similar

25 x Sparkling Sea
10 x Spooky Manor
5 x Windswept Sky
4 x Rugged Mountain
4 x Icy Cave
2 x Forest

Total trips: 50

It favored sea 50% of the time, while the it favored the manor barely even 20%. It may very well be favoring the primary type over the secondary and the Volcarona could be an outlier, or maybe the DW itself has a preference of areas that it likes and hates and the typing influences where it goes. I'm not sure.

Since it seems like you are continuing to test this stuff with me, I have a proposal. I plan on sending in a Walrein (Ice/Water) on my next trip, how about you send in a Lapras, Cloyster or Dewgong (Water/Ice) on your next trip and compare the notes, let's test the primary type theory. (I choose water and Ice because it was the first thing that came to my mind that could have both combinations, if you have another type combo you would prefer to test, we can switch)

I can do that. I was thinking about doing the same thing with Lanturn (Water/Electric) and Rotom-W (Electric/Water), but yeah I can tuck in Lapras, no problem.

EDIT: Updated my list with the above stuff, but what attack does the Emolga have?

EDIT 2: Never mind, just saw it in Ceraza's post.

Oh, I seem to have missed Emolga. It has Charm.

You two could also test Garchomp (Dragon/Ground) and Flygon (Ground/Dragon) later.

Garchomp and Flygon wouldn't be best imo, since Dragon has no preference (or maybe that would be an even better test if it turns out Garchomp has no prefrence for what area it goes to)

Darkness1852 (or someone else, I'm not sure) tested Normal/Flying and I think they got mostly Sky, so in that case I would expect that Normal and Dragon would get overriden by the other type when deciding where to go. For example, Kingdra is Water/Dragon, but would act just like a pure Water type. In the case of Garchomp and Flygon, I imagine that they would BOTH act like pure Grounds and favour Cave and Mountain. That might be something to test though as I don't know for sure.

Anyway, I just tested Lapras (water is primary type, ice is secondary type) and got:

Cave: 42 (38%)
Sea: 35 (32%)
Forest: 13 (12%)
Mountain: 6 (5%)
Sky: 5 (5%)
Manor: 9 (8%)

Normally I do more than 110 runs but my internet was being bad.

So this time the secondary type seemed to be favoured more, though I have to question the significance of the difference. Curious to see how Walrein acts.

So I think I'm just going to test the same pokemon (Lapras or something else) over the next few days to see what happens.

Does anyone know what move that Tirtouga has? Normally I can translate with Bulbapaedia but it isn't working properly for me right now.
