Thank you for all your excellent Scramble Pokemon suggestions!
I still have two slots open for my Scramble Challange, and I am going to need one Pokemon that is capturable before Cerulean City in order to fulfill Ash's requirement. (I can't fight a Gym Leader with no Pokemon!)
