OK, I basically had both of these written, but in short, Altaria is really getting a big downgrade: Amoonguss rises, and Samurott falls, etc. of course Cinccino has turned the metagame pretty offensive bar some big physical walls. Ice Punch doesn't really help, either.
So, should this go through QC again?
