Tyranitar anti-lead always wear a focus sash, able to 2HKO everything without the need to lock himself on anything,
he is the best anti-lead in the metagame. You're right about Wkyurem, but Reshiram isnt the second best dragon at all, Zekrom has access to a lot of tools which let him be far more useful than Ram (one of them is his neutral weakness to SR).
