Running Dugtrio over Heatran is a viable option. A Choice-Banded Set would be preferred, it can pick off a weakened Politoad and KO Tyranitar, allowing you to usually win the weather war. Sun is just one of those weathers where you pretty much have to win the weather war to be successful. Also, like your Heatran does, he can KO opposing Heatran. Other than that, I don't see many other issues
