Yup, it'll need stamps. Go ahead and take Samurott, too. Lastly, I'm going to open the ability to post new skeletons / write up your stuff, but beware that the NU to-do list is not quite finished yet and you may be doing unnecessary work. If you have the patience to wait a few more days until I'm done, that'd be super.
