That'll be the one, I took a huge break from competitive battling until recently when I got coaxed into attending a VGC event.
In all honesty, I've just realised that my current Drizzletoed is Timid, but I'm going to be RNGing a Modest one anyway, so whatever IVs you want I'll do (HP Grass/Electric I'm assuming?).
