As a replacement for Mew, why not try Nasty Plot Mismagius? It has amazing synergy with the rest of the team, especially Heracross, who can destroy the Snorlax and Umbreon that stand in Missy's way. It can also revenge Specs Chandelure, which absolutely destroys your team if it predicts the Pursuit oh Heracross. This is the set I would recommend:

Mismagius (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Nasty Plot
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Mismagius can switch directly in to most fighting types that infest the current UU tier, and either Sub or boost up. The only fighting-type that threatens Missmagius is Scrafty, who is handled by Heracross. The only other change I would recommend is Moxie over Guts on Heracross, now that it has been released. This turns Hera into an unstoppable lategame sweeper after he gains a few boosts against a weakened team.
