UU was seriously lacking a good Speed Tier list, so I decided to take a look at it and I realized there were some flaws and things that needed update. As a result, I was put in charge of this thread and decided to give it a full look-up and update it. As it stands, I gave mentions to every Pokemon listed
here. There might be some spreads taken from the RU new analysis, but changes will be implemented once people take over their respective analysis concerning the UU tier.
