From #6 to #2, whats with all the usage of Arceus? I mean, I can tell from the RMTs its usuage is going up, but #2? Its not like it beats the new threats, maybe its because of all the offense on the ladder?
Was expecting Groundon at least to be #1, but Kyorge retains its top spot!
From #17 and #19 to #8 and #13, the new abilities are def propping up usage of these Pokemon

Sun got a boost, but not enough so that Groudon is above Kyogre who is threatening alone. Actually, there's no such thing as a rain team because Kyogre itself is great in the rain and does not need support like Ho-Oh does.
Arceus is a menace in Ubers. It's so easy to SD and spam Extremespeed. Even it's so called counter in Giratina can miss WoW, get crit by shadow claw, or lose to the lum berry variant. It's merely unstoppable and those who actually can stop it such as steels like skarm, forry, ferrothorn, bronzong, can't do much if anything to arceus.
Soul dew Lati@s will rise, it'll take some time for people to realize that they are back. Scarf is Kyogre's most popular set, which many other pokemon can deal with. Latias is the premier Specs counter.
Abomasnow - selfexplanatory. It can counter Kyogre while cancelling the rain, and support 100% Blizzards from WHITE KYUREM.
Espeon - Lugia, Ho-Oh, Kyurem-White, Kyurem-Black, Rayquaza. All of them recently got new toys. All weak to SR.
Salamence still works decently alongside Rayquaza.
