Hard to define "best spinner" something that is eaten alive by the most common spinblocker (Giratina-O).
Excadrill is the new best spinner in ubers, possessing similiar bulk (less defense but more HP), actually having offensive presence AND being able to defeat Giratina-O.
Sturdy doesn't mean jack anymore with Kyurem-W being so common. Forry's only advantage is being able to set Toxic Spikes.
