I couldn't edit my post above because my computer is being shit, so I'll post this here: try Dragon Tail over Haze on Milo. Works with hazards, checks Kingdra better, annoys switch-ins by forcing them out with hazards + Dragon Tail damage (ex: opponent wants to get Roserade in, but you Dragon Tail it out into Swampert. Dragon Tail again knowing Swampert can't do anything, and maybe catch Roserade again as they thought you'd go for Scald). This is going to cause a lot of damage over time, even with SR and only one layer of Spikes.
