Now this doesn't mean you can only use Pokemon up to Gen 2, it a set of rules I remember from the Jhoto League in the Anime. I'm only looking for 3 more trainers to Participate in the Practice Tournament.

Since it's Practice Tournament there's no loss or gain, I don't even think the actual Tournaments will have anything to put up for loss, but alot to gain.
