With Kyurem-B there is no such problem, as Reshiram attacks on the special side while Kyu-B on the physical side.
On top of it Kyogre and Chansey/Blissey tend to screw up the Reshiram+Kyu-W core, while with Kyu-B you can actually use them as setup bait to use Hone Claws.
Is Kyogre or a pink blob going to wall your Reshiram after you used Tailwind? No problem, just switch to Kyurem-B (which conveniently resists Kyogre's most powerful attacks and scares off the pink blobs) and use Hone Claws. You end up with +1 attack, +1 accuracy and +2 speed for two turns of pure murder. Wallbreaking doesn't get any better than this.
